Offer details and terms
- Limited to the first 20 businesses or organizations accepted by Kinetix Alliance in writing. An inquiry does not reserve a place.
- The complimentary mockup is a conceptual, non-production demonstration and remains Kinetix Alliance property until the $500 acquisition fee is paid.
- Existing-site concepts may begin with publicly available content. Greenfield concepts use information and assets supplied by the applicant.
- The $500 fee grants rights to the approved mockup and includes one consolidated revision round within the original agreed scope.
- The revision request must be one organized set of changes submitted within seven calendar days of acquisition. Additional rounds or scope changes are quoted separately.
- Coding, production implementation, domain registration, hosting, copywriting, e-commerce, booking systems, integrations, certification, maintenance, and support are separate unless agreed in writing.
- Applicants represent that they have permission to use all submitted logos, images, copy, trademarks, and other materials.
- Delivery timing depends on responsiveness, complexity, and receipt of necessary information. Kinetix may decline requests outside the initiative’s scope.
